UNBELIEVABLE! Our family visited the Sheraton Steamboat for the 2007 Christmas/New Year Holiday and fell in love. After we returned to NJ....we learned that their direct mountain-front building (the old "Morningside Tower") was being gutted, remodeled, and offered as timeshare. There's only 21 units being offered. We bought New Years Week (52) and President's Week (7) sight-unseen. On top of that...we bought the TOP FLOOR, DIRECT MOUNTAINFRONT UNITS, 7801 (3BR) and 7802 (2BR). We are unable to use President's Week 2009 (the 2BR), so we are offering it to you. I urge you to visit "www.starwoodvo.com", and go to the Sheraton Steamboat section for more information. The unit itself is incredible, complete with 2BR, 2BA, a fireplace, a full granite-countered kitchen, over 1,600 sq.ft. of interior space (that's HUGE for a 2BR), and it easily sleeps 8 using the sofa-bed and 2 available roll-aways. BEST OF ALL....it is 100% direct mountainfront, with incredible views of the lifts, the mountain and trails, the gondola building, the works. The ski shop for rentals and/or storage of your ski equipment is directly below the unit, just down the elevator. Get off the elevator, pick up your skis, ski about 100 feet....and get on the LIFT! The building also has private rooftop slopeside hot-tubs. It has 7 floors, 3 units per floor, 2 mountain-front units and 1 valley-side unit, each floor served by private elevators. Steamboat has so much to do (we did it all)...dog sledding, great quaint western town shopping, snowmobiling, open sleigh rides, fabulous restaurants, ice skating, tubing, ranches....IT HAS IT ALL. I promise you a fantastic vacation. This unit is top floor, directly on the mountain, brand new....and waiting for you President's Week 2009 (Saturday to Saturday). The Sheraton Steamboat has THE BEST LOCATION OF ALL AT STEAMBOAT for skiing....it's RIGHT ON THE MOUNTAIN BASE, NEXT TO THE LIFTS! Please call me for more info.
