It has a fully equipped large kitchen with separate laundry room and a Main Lounge with cable TV Video,CD player, books and magazines. It has a separate quiet lounge with pull out double bed; a separate dining room for formal dining; a breakfast nook plus outdoor eating adjoining the pool with covered area. The Pool Area is extra large ( 30x15) with extended deck area and large lanai with ceiling fan. The pool is also floodlit for nightime use with barbeque facilities available. The pool is south facing providing all day sunshine. Shrub planting on the rear boudary provides you with a sense of enclosure without blocking the sun.
