This cozy and newly renovated cottage sits on private Oxoboxo lake in Montville, CT. From the moment you walk into the cottage you see a wall of windows with a million dollar view of the lake. There are views of the lake from every window on 3 sides of the cottage.
Once you come in you will find the cottage is nicely furnished inside and out. In the family room you have leather furniture, glass top tables, TV with VCR and DVD, stereo and in ceiling speakers. In the eat in kitchen you will find nice new concrete counter tops, plenty of cabinets, table with 4 chairs, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. In the sun room you have a nice chaise lounge looking out at the lake. The bedroom offers a full size bed, wardrobe closet, night stand with alarm clock and lamp. The bathroom offers a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Hardwood and tile floors can be found through out the cottage as well along with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Once outside you will find a large deck with furniture and a Weber gas grill . Next you will see your very own private sandy beach, dock and fire pit. Since the lake has no motor restrictions please bring your boat or jet ski to enjoy some water sports, like tubing or skiing, or just relaxing. We also have a kayak and paddle boat you may use at your own risk with some life vest. It is probably best to bring your own to make sure it is the right fit.
