Relax in the patio with south west facing heated pool and spa after a hard day at attractions. The pool area has a child safety fence and it is enclosed in a net cage to keep the insects at bay. We provide recliner chairs with ottoman, a small table and pool toys to enhance your pleasure.
You can also access the amenities of a community club house from our villa. It boasts a community swimming pool, community outdoor tub and community charcoal barbecue and a computer room with many computers. There is a nice picnic area, a soccer goal and small field adjacent to the club house.
This Davenport villa features a living room with 32"LCD HDTV and other facilities such as DVD for your entertainment. There is a game room with professional pool table, soft foam floors, and a stroller in the garage. You will find two master bedrooms with luxurious beds and memory foam mattress, a queen bedroom with queen size bed, two kids bedrooms with two twin beds and an office/den with a flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench and two video rocker chairs in our villa.

A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is due immediately to secure the reservation.
Final payment to be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit of $300, which will be held against any loss or damage caused to the property, or costs incurred, to be paid on the same day as the payment of balance.
