Luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom single-level villa in the sought after area of Davenport, just 10 minutes from the Disney area.

The villa is accessed from junction 58 of Interstate 4 near Champions Gate, which is perfectly situated for all the main theme park attractions, superb golf and fantastic shopping. Disney is just a 10 minute drive away. Nearby garage sells fuel, basic food items, papers, take-away food and is just a 10 minute walk away. Use of a car is recommended.
The villa is sited on a quiet gated residential community overlooking a wetland preservation area and with its own south-facing private pool (15 x 30 ft).
The villa comprises:
Bedroom 1 – master suite with king size bed, large en-suite with walk in shower and bath. Overlooks pool area.
Bedroom 2 – with double sofa-bed and en-suite shower over a bath.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 – twin beds. Bathroom with shower over a bath is situated between these rooms.
Bedroom 5 – with double bed. Overlooks wetland preservation area. Pool shower room is opposite.
All bedrooms have cable T.V.
Large open-plan fully fitted kitchen with all appliances/utensils. Includes a central island work area, breakfast bar and 4 bar stools, round kitchen table and 4 chairs.
Generous sized utility room with sink, washer, dryer, iron/board. Linen, towels and hairdryer provided.
Tiled dining room area with dining table and 6 chairs.
Tiled lounge area with double sofa-bed, 2 chairs and coffee table, patio doors to pool area.
Access from inside the house to a large triple garage, which includes a pool table, table tennis and table football.
Carpeted main lounge area with 2-seater and 3-seater sofa, chair, T.V, DVD and patio windows overlooking the pool area.
Private south-facing pool (3-6 ft depth) with patio furniture, BBQ and covered lanai area overlooking the wetland preservation area. Pool is fully screened and fitted with child-safety screen. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of $19/day.
Large grassed area to front and side and parking available in front of the triple garage.
Villa is managed on our behalf by a locally based company. Cots/highchairs and cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost (if required).

The wetland preservation area is home to many species of wildlife and you are very likely to see eagles, turtles and blue herons.
There is good disabled access to this single level villa and the pool is accessed by full sized steps – although note there is NO hand rail.
Booking:
2009 rates from $1,003 to $1,093 (xmas peak season)per week, which is excellent value per person.
Please e-mail owners for booking form and full terms and conditions. 20% non-refundable deposit required on confirmation of booking. Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Late cancellation charges apply. Security deposit required. Changeover day is flexible.
